'We Will Bury You' ordering

Our diamond catalog description was released this week! You can see it over at IDW. It looks like this:

We Will Bury You #1
Brea & Zane Grant (w) • Kyle Strahm (a) • Ben Templesmith (c)
1927: The first talkie ended the silent film era, the first man completed a solo transatlantic flight, and... a zombie virus decimated the human race. Two unlikely heroines use their unorthodox skills to survive as a zombie infection spreads through the streets of New York and beyond. Brea Grant ("Heroes") and Zane Grant promise the worst breakup ever and an epic beginning to this historical horror miniseries.
FC • 32 pages • $3.99 • Diamond Code: DEC09 0924

The first issue of WWBY will ship in February, but first comics stores have to order it. Stop me if you've heard this one before, but comics stores only order a limited number of books, because of their limited shelf space and resources. More new comics titles are shipped each week than most stores have room for, so if you want to make sure your favorite comics store will have it, you'll have to ask now. It might help if you give them the Diamond Code: DEC09 0924 .

Diamond is the distributor of direct market comics. If you want to find out more about that, check out the Phil Seuling chapter in Will Eisner's book of interviews 'Shop Talk'... or this wikipedia explanation here. If you find commodity chains terribly boring, please just stop in a comics shop and ask if they are ordering our book. It would be appreciated.

Also, please get in touch if you are a store that would like to do a signing / event for the release. We might even sing for you... or if you ask nicely, we might not sing at all.

Three Novels with Neurotic Characters

Don't we have enough to worry about without subjecting ourselves to neurotic characters and their problems? And yet, I've found myself with these books.

At least there is the comfort of the precision of vintage computer music from 1979: Computers and Art
